For Green Nature and Software Testing Awareness
Our Social Responsibility Project
At Egemsoft, we not only aim to do our job but also to fulfill our responsibilities to society and nature. For this reason, we are launching a special social responsibility project to raise awareness about green nature conservation and software testing.
We Started Green Transformation in Our Office: We initiated green transformation in the workplace to adopt environmentally friendly practices and implement the principle of sustainability at work.
Projects
- Achieving Energy Efficiency: We have taken steps to increase energy efficiency, such as using LED lights for office lighting. We have eliminated unnecessary energy consumption.
- Waste Management and Recycling: We encourage recycling by setting up recycling bins and separate collection areas for paper, plastic, glass, and metal. We try to reduce waste by using digital filing systems.
- Using Sustainable Materials: We prefer recyclable, environmentally friendly, and sustainable materials when purchasing office supplies. For example, recycled paper products, eco-friendly cleaning supplies, etc.
- Water Conservation: We use water-saving equipment such as non-leaking faucets and low-flow toilets to reduce water consumption. We raise awareness among employees about water conservation.
- Promoting Green Transportation: We encourage employees to use environmentally friendly transportation methods such as cycling, public transportation, carpooling, or using company vehicles.
- Digital Meetings and Telecommunications: We prefer digital meeting tools to reduce travel and lower our carbon footprint. We use technologies such as video conferencing and online meetings.
Goals
- We provide training to our team members on green nature conservation and reducing carbon footprints.
- We aim to emphasize the importance of green nature by organizing various events and awareness campaigns for the conservation of natural resources and creating a sustainable environment.
- We aim to raise Software Testing awareness among university students.
- By explaining the importance and benefits of software testing to our student friends, we aim to contribute to the development of more quality and reliable software.
